Robert is one of the shops service writers and is responsible for writing the invoices for customers when the job is completed. He is responsible for making sure that the customer is billed for the right parts and that a detailed description of the work performed on the car is given. Much of his time is spent in direct contact with our customers, both on the phone and in the shop. You can expect a call from Robert when your work is done or to discuss the work that needs to be done.
