John
Casale, founder
of the business started J.C. Auto Repairs in August
1976 with the motto “If we can’t fix
it, it isn’t broken.” Trained in Europe
(Italy), he has over 40 year experience working
on all cars both foreign and domestic.
Before
founding J.C. Auto Repairs, he worked in small shops
where he quickly reached the skill level of the
most senior technicians. When he started J.C. Auto
Repairs it was just a two bay shop where John worked
by himself on any type of vehicle or engine. With
hard work he built J.C. Auto Repairs to its current
level, which employees 10 highly skilled workers
capable of performing many specialized tasks.
John
is the voice of the company, selling himself and
company to the customer.
He gives 110% each day and expects the same from
his staff of trained technicians.
These
days John is not as activly involved with fixing
cars as he originally was when the company began,
but he does oversee all the jobs and is an aid to
all the technicians when they have questions. Through
the years John has been certified in all areas of
vehicle repair including:

Over
the years, John has accumulated a vast knowledge
of cars and how they work from the fundamental level.
This knowledge bank allows him to better understand
the rapidly changing car market. As cars change,
so does John by keeping the shop supplied with the
latest technology and equipment for his technicians
to use in fixing the latest problems on the newest
cars. John has committed his shop to hold up the
standard which makes the shop a successful business.
John has the respect of many of his competitors.
His competitors all know if they run into any kind
of a problem that they can give him a call.
