founder of the business started J.C. Auto Repairs
in August 1976 with the motto “If we can’t
fix it, it isn’t broken.” Trained in Europe
(Italy), he has over 40 year experience working on
all cars both foreign and domestic.

tools to diagnose and solve a problem. He understands
all facets about cars and when he doesn’t know
something he is not hesitant to ask or just do a bit

to better diagnose and repair a car. Is he able to
work on most cars and when needs help is not afraid
to ask. When asked, he helps the other technicians to
fix and solve problems.

both diagnosing and repairing them. He is an expert
in ensuring that a car meets the New York State inspection
requirements and is able to provide suggestions to
the other technicians on how to fix a car or solve a

a self-taught technician who learned about cars working
in a family owned shop. He is a fast learner who is
continuously learning more about how to better diagnose
cars and repair them. He is a skilled worker and is
capable of solving both electrical and mechanical
problem as well as doing the occasional engine job.

is one of the shops service
writers and is responsible for writing the invoices
for customers when the job is completed. He is responsible
for making sure that the customer is billed for the
right parts and that a detailed description of the
work performed on the car is given.

He is a specialist in restoring cars to there original

is nicknamed "The Gofer". He is
the guy who does a bit of everything from repairing
cars to picking up and dropping off customers when
their car is being worked on.

Marc
is the shops parts room manager
and additional service writer. Mark ensures that we
always have the right parts in the shop to complete
your repair. He keeps the shop’s parts room
fully stocked with the best after market and OEM parts
required to keep our customers cars running at peak
operation.

is new to our shop and has started
his time at J.C. learning the part room by assisting
Marc. He is in charge of ordering and stocking the
parts room. He is learning how to write invoices and
keep the inventory up to date with the most current
prices. |

Loretta
is the shop’s office manager. She ensures that
our customer’s accounts are kept up to date
and that they are always able to make an appointment
when needed.
