Auto Repairs has been providing the highest level of automotive
and customer service to the greater Scarsdale area since
1976. J.C. Auto Repairs continues to provide excellent
automotive service to the community by keeping up-to-date
with the latest equipment and technology and keeping our
customers cars running in peak condition. The shop lives
and dies by the motto “Service is our business”.
The special attention paid to the customer's needs and
happiness had built a loyal clientele of more than 5,000
customer's and their families.
Customer
service is the driving force behind all decisions made
at J.C. Auto Repairs. This holds true when you take a
look at the history of J.C. Auto Repairs. In the beginning
J.C. Auto Repairs had only two bays and has now grown
to over 10 working bays. J.C. Auto Repairs continued to
provide excellent customer service and work throughout
the expansion and remodeling process. This includes a
rebuilding of the facility after a devastating fire in
the fall of 1999. J.C. Auto Repairs provides many conveniences
to its customers which include a customer waiting room,
door to door drop-off and pick-up, a fully stocked parts
room to help reduce the wait time, an account billing
system, vehicle maintenance reminders mailing service
and a readily available customer vehicle history. J.C.
Auto Repairs also keeps the best equipment in house to
reduce wait time and ensure the quality of work performed.

In addition to keeping the best tools available, J.C.
Auto Repairs also keeps the most up to date software research
programs available. This software is available to the
technicians throughout the shop through an advanced network
of computers. J.C. Auto Repairs uses ShopKey management
repair and estimating database to accurately write invoices.
J.C. Auto Repairs is a member of ShopKey rewards which
allows our technicians to have access to information about
cars not in the standard repair database. In addition
we have access to a real time Technician Service Bulletin
allowing our technicians the latest news on car problems.
J.C. Auto Repairs is continually adding new software and
diagnostic equipment to prepare our technicians to solve
and fix the problems of the cars of the future.
